Dr. Jeanette Young & Terri Brantley:
They accept all major credit cards, cash, and personal checks.
Pay Flex/Tex Flex Cards:
We are more than willing to run it through our machine to see if your company approves it. If you need an itemized receipt, don’t hesitate to ask.
Keith Paschal:
Accepts cash and personal checks.
Insurance
Dr. Jeanette Young:
Accepts Regular Medicare & Railroad Medicare with Supplemental Plans.
Please be advised that Medicare Advantage plans are not Regular Medicare plans and are not accepted at our office. Those with Medicare Advantage will need to pay out of pocket but will be charged the Medicare rate. We can give you an itemized receipt so you are able to send it to your Medicare Advantage insurance.
Terri Brantley & Keith Paschal of A Healing Touch:
Do not accept insurance.
RETURN cHECK pOLICY
There will be a $25 return check charge on all returned checks.
Cancellation Policy
Both Terri Brantley & Keith Paschal, A Healing Touch, have had patients with either “no call, no shows” or frequent rescheduling issues. This has caused other patients to have a difficult time scheduling an appointment or they aren’t able to schedule at all. Therefore we have implemented the following policy:
A 24 hour cancellation notice must be given to your “A Healing Touch” practitioner. If you do not give 24 hour notice or “no call, no show” you will be charged for your session. Payment for the missed session is required before you are able to schedule another appointment. If you have two “no call, no shows,” you will be dismissed as a patient.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen and it will always be considered by your “A Healing Touch” practitioner.
Late Arrival
If your appointment is half way through when you arrive then you may be asked to reschedule or your service may be altered. Ex. If you are scheduled for an hour massage but arrive late you may only be able to receive a 30 minute massage.
